"Truman is an exploration in product design by Teppei Teranishi, expressed primarily through handcrafted leather goods. All pieces are made entirely by hand,using traditional handstitching techniques, by Teppei in his small studio on Vashon Island, an island across the water from Seattle. Each piece is carefully designed to achieve a balance between simplicity and utility, function and aesthetic, elegance and durability, tradition and progression."
