Portland General Store's eau de toilette is made by hand using recipes from the 1920s and 30s, employing a blend of jojoba oil, denatured alcohol, co2, absolutes, and essential oils.
Here's what Portland General Store says about their "Tobacco" scent: "The smoky spiciness and the subtle tarry-ness of the base notes make us think of expensive cigars, of leather bound chairs in an old library . . . bergamot, lavender, tobacco, leather, and wood. Tonka beans, with their scent reminiscent of freshly mown hay, add softness to the striking blend."
