W10 1970s Mil-Spec Automatic Watch
The W10 is the predecessor to the quartz G10/98 models used by the armed forces of today. This watch is a modern, updated version of the original 1960s/70s British W10, adhering to the W10's original military specification but with the addition of a 21 jewel, high performance self winding movement; a date window; and a screw-down caseback for easier maintenance (original W10s were serviced by removing the glass, which required them to be returned to the manufacturer).
This automatic W10 features a tough, heavy case made from military grade 316L stainless steel, a sweep second hand, black face with self-luminous markings, and fixed strap bars. It is shockproof and water resistant to 3 atm.
